Without needing to disassemble your grinder, these 100% natural grain based pellets are gluten free.
HOW TO USE
Empty all coffee from your grinder hopper and dosing chamber.
Pour one capful of pellets into the hopper
Run the grinder, allowing all pellets to be ground through
Empty the dosing chamber
Season the burrs, by running a large handful of coffee beans through the grinder
OUR TOP TIP: At home coffee pros should be cleaning their grinder every 6 months.

Our courier of choice is either Sendle or Australia Post, which means that you should expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days. Keeping in mind
that we are in central Melbourne, so any orders to be delivered to regional areas or interstate may take a wee bit longer to arrive on your doorstep. All parcels are sent as Authority to Leave, so no signature is required (sorry, no
autograph requests for you).
If your running low and you haven’t received your order within 5 busines days, let us know! Shoot us an email at beancounter@coffeemio.com.au and we will gladly get investigating.
FREIGHT COSTS
Shipping is on us for any order over $60.
Orders under $60 will incur a $10 flat shipping cost, automatically added at checkout.
Australia Express Post shipping service is also available at a flat rate of $15 for those that need to get their coffee ASAP.
FEW EXTRA BITS
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, so please enter a residential address at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched from HQ you will receive an email confirming that it is on the way, accompanied by a tracking link. If for whatever reason this doesn’t make it to your inbox, send us an email and we will happily keep you updated.
