The Bialetti Musa – the Moka Pot’s cooler, induction-friendly sister! (You can check out the classic Moka here.) This little beauty takes the hassle out of brewing espresso. Just add your coffee and water to the right chambers, assemble, and pop it on the stove – it’s that easy.

Available in 4 sizes to suit every coffee fiend’s needs (yep, we’re talking to you, big coffee drinkers). A ‘cup’ is actually 30mL of espresso goodness (so 3 cups = 90mL).

Made of shiny stainless steel, the Musa is a dream to clean and looks fabulous in any kitchen. The counterweighted resin handle is ergonomically designed for a perfect pour every time.

For the perfect brew, go for an espresso roast (medium to dark is best for that high-pressure magic) and always go fresh – grind just before brewing. We recommend a grind a tad coarser than espresso, but if your coffee’s not quite right, tweak that grind!

NOTE: The 2-cup Musa doesn’t play well with induction stovetops, so steer clear of that one for now.

Bialetti Product Care

How to Keep Your Bialetti Moka Pot Happy (and Brewing Strong)

  1. Rinse After Use: No soap needed! Just rinse with warm water to remove coffee grounds. Let it dry naturally.
  2. Say No to Soap: Soap can mess with the taste and metal. Stick to water or a gentle brush to clean.
  3. Dry It Right: Don’t dishwash! Hand dry or air dry. A cloth works wonders to remove water spots.
  4. Check the Gasket: Make sure the rubber gasket is in good shape. If it’s worn, replace it.
  5. Tackle Limescale: Soak in equal parts vinegar and water for 20 minutes to remove limescale. Rinse well.
  6. Store It Right: Keep it dry and cool. Don’t store coffee grounds in the filter – give it space to breathe!

Easy, right? Treat your Moka well, and it’ll keep brewing perfect coffee for years to come!

Shipping & Returns

We’ve got you covered when it comes to shipping! We use either Sendle or Australia Post, so you can expect your coffee fix to arrive within 2-4 business days. We’re based in the heart of Melbourne, so if you’re ordering from the wilds of regional or interstate Australia, it might take a smidge longer to land on your doorstep. All orders are sent with "Authority to Leave," so no need for awkward signature moments (sadly, no autographs here!).

If your caffeine cravings are still going unsatisfied after 5 business days, don’t panic – just shoot us an email at beancounter@coffeemio.com.au, and we’ll track it down faster than you can say “espresso.”

FREIGHT COSTS
We’ll cover shipping for orders over $60! Orders under $60 will incur a $10 flat rate, added at checkout. Need your coffee now? Australia Express Post is available for $15, because we get it – you need your coffee fix yesterday.

A FEW EXTRA BITS
We can’t ship to PO boxes just yet, so please pop in your residential address. Once your order’s on its merry way, we’ll send you a tracking email. If it doesn’t arrive (hey, technology, am I right?), just ping us an email, and we’ll keep you in the loop. We’re shipping Australia-wide, but international coffee lovers – we’re working on it! Keep an eye on this space.
