Cafetto EVO Machine Cleaner is compliant with a variety of organic certifications: OMRI, USDA, BFA, and the Australian Organic Standard.
Like its other formats (tablet or liquid) it is not only good for you and the environment, but is also extremely effective at cleaning off the most stubborn coffee grounds and oils from your machine
HOW TO USE:
Swap out your regular basket for your ‘blind’ basket in your portafilter
Add 2 scoops of EVO powder into the basket
To the powder add a few drops of hot water, in order to partially dissolve the powder and activate the active ingredients
Place the portafilter back onto the group head tightly
Start a cycle for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner, then stop for 10 seconds.
Repeat this 5-10 times
Remove portafilter and rinse the blind filter basket well, until it is clean
Re-insert the portafilter and go through the start-stop cycle 5-10 more times without using powder, simply just water from the machine
Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season machine
Enjoy delicious tasting coffee !
OUR TOP TIP: at home coffee drinkers should endeavour to complete this process on a weekly to fortnightly basis.

Our courier of choice is either Sendle or Australia Post, which means that you should expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days. Keeping in mind
that we are in central Melbourne, so any orders to be delivered to regional areas or interstate may take a wee bit longer to arrive on your doorstep. All parcels are sent as Authority to Leave, so no signature is required (sorry, no
autograph requests for you).

FREIGHT COSTS
Shipping is on us for any order over $60.
Orders under $60 will incur a $10 flat shipping cost, automatically added at checkout.
Australia Express Post shipping service is also available at a flat rate of $15 for those that need to get their coffee ASAP.

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, so please enter a residential address at checkout.
